Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Go High Level Expert with at least 4 years of hands-on experience using the platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CRM management, marketing automation, funnel building, integrations, and agency operations. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-performing systems that improve lead generation, client communication, sales processes, and overall operational efficiency.
This role requires someone who can work independently, solve technical challenges, manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation.
Key Responsibilities Go High Level Account Management- Set up and manage Go High Level agency and client sub-accounts.
- Configure CRM pipelines, opportunity stages, and lead management systems.
- Import, organize, and maintain client databases.
- Monitor account performance and ensure system accuracy.
- Build and optimize advanced workflows and automation sequences.
- Create email, SMS, voicemail, and multi-channel nurture campaigns.
- Develop automated appointment booking and reminder systems.
- Implement lead nurturing and follow-up automation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for maximum performance.
- Build and maintain high-converting sales funnels and landing pages.
- Create websites, forms, surveys, quizzes, and booking calendars within Go High Level .
- Implement conversion rate optimization best practices.
- Test and optimize funnel performance.
- Configure domains, DNS records, email services, and phone systems.
- Integrate third-party applications using Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks.
- Set up tracking, reporting, and attribution systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless platform functionality.
- Onboard new clients into the Go High Level platform.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal team members.
- Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and training materials.
- Monitor campaign and automation performance.
- Generate reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyze lead flow, conversion rates, and appointment booking metrics.
- Continuously improve systems to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- 4+ years of hands-on Go High Level experience.
- Experience working within a digital marketing agency environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM management and pipeline setup.
- Strong experience building automation workflows and nurture campaigns.
- Experience creating websites, funnels, landing pages, forms, and calendars within GHL.
- Proficiency with Zapier, Make, webhooks, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, SMS marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience managing Go High Level SaaS Mode accounts.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with reputation management and review automation.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience creating SOPs and operational workflows for agencies.
- Monday through Friday
- 9:45 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST
- Full-time remote position
