Hybrid in Cleveland, OH (highly preferred). If the selected candidate resides in Cleveland, OH, Buffalo, NY, or Albany, NY, or near a Key Bank office, they are expected to work on-site 3 days per week at the nearest location. Remote work is offered for candidates outside the Key Bank footprint. Central or East coast locations are highly preferred.
Role SummaryWe are seeking a strategic, execution‑oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and adoption of Salesforce across the Commercial Bank. This role serves as the central product owner of the Salesforce Sales ecosystem, responsible for aligning business priorities with technology delivery, establishing governance, and driving scalable, high‑impact capabilities. The individual will bridge business stakeholders, sales teams, operations, and technology to define scalable CRM solutions that improve banker productivity, client engagement, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
They will also shape the future AI‑enabled banking experience within Salesforce — identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI, workflow automation, predictive insights, and intelligent banker assistance.
- Salesforce Product Strategy, Innovation & Roadmap
- Own and continuously evolve the Commercial Bank Salesforce roadmap.
- Partner with commercial bank functional groups to understand requested CRM enhancements, prioritize, and ensure development is scalable across functions.
- Develop and champion the vision for next‑generation AI‑enabled Salesforce capabilities.
- Drive long‑term CRM platform strategy, including intelligent workflow automation, digital enablement, analytics, and banker productivity tools.
- Prioritization & Demand Management
- Establish and operationalize a transparent prioritization framework.
- Lead intake, backlog management, and sequencing to align with strategic objectives and capacity.
- Translate business needs into clear problem statements, business cases, and delivery plans.
- Governance & Stakeholders Management
- Partner with Salesforce sales enablement, other LOBs, and technology SMEs to formalize a governance model with decision forums, roles, and escalation paths.
- Operate as a central coordinator and integrator across stakeholder groups.
- Synthesize needs, feedback, and pain points into a unified product direction.
- Translate detailed product requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure delivered capabilities align with enterprise architecture and readiness requirements.
- Act as the primary product owner for Salesforce enhancements and modernization initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, ideation forums, and feedback loops.
- AI Strategy & Enablement within Salesforce
- Define and execute the AI vision and roadmap aligned to Commercial Bank priorities.
- Translate AI concepts into actionable product requirements, user stories, prototypes, and roadmaps.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce and AI technologies for applicability and value.
- Lead experimentation, pilot programs, and scaled rollout of AI‑powered features.
- Ensure AI capabilities comply with governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
- Track and measure AI adoption, impact, and outcomes.
- Change Management & Adoption
- Lead end‑to‑end change management strategy for Salesforce releases.
- Design integrated communications, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Coordinate consistent messaging and effective training strategies.
- Communicate roadmap progress and AI innovation strategies to executive leadership.
- Drive behavioral adoption of AI tools by ensuring intuitive, impactful solutions.
- Monitor adoption metrics, engagement trends, and user feedback, refining roadmap accordingly.
- People Leadership & Team Development
- Directly manage and develop a Product Analyst, providing coaching and direction.
- Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans.
- Build team capabilities in product management, Salesforce, and data‑driven decision making.
- Foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement culture.
