Talend Integration Specialist; REMOTE

What You Will Do
- Develop Talend-based ETL pipelines for SAP‑Kinaxis data synchronization and real‑time supply chain integration.
- Orchestrate end‑to‑end SAP data migration, validation, and automation processes with compliance to DoD, FDA, and GxP standards.
- Deliver robust middleware solutions using Talend Studio/Cloud, IDocs, BAPIs, and REST APIs in cloud‑native (AWS/Azure) environments.
- Collaborate with global teams on SAP master data optimization, SAP‑Ariba integration, and multi‑system data harmonization.
- Travel up to 5‑10% of the time between sites to support requirements gathering, solution testing and deployment support activities.
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Talend ETL, SAP and middleware technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline, or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling.
- Experience with ERP Systems SAP S/4
HANA (1809, 1909), SAP ECC
6.0, SAP R/3. - Proficiency in SAP Data Integration technologies:
Talend Data Integration, Talend Studio, Talend Cloud. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL.
- Knowledge of SAP modules: MDG (Master Data Governance), Ariba, MM, PP, SD, FICO, PM, LE‑WM, EWM, QM.
- Experience with supply chain and planning systems:
Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Reporting tools: SAPBW, Crystal Reports, Broadcaster, BEx Query Designer, Web Application Designer (WAD).
- Methodologies: ASAP, Activate, Agile, Waterfall.
- Integration experience: SAP MDG with SAP S/4
HANA and ECC, SAP Ariba integration with SAP MM & SD, CIF, QRFC, SAP TM, SAP EHS, MES, PTP, OTC, and other ERP systems. - Data migration tools: LSMW, Win Shuttle, Master Data Management, cutover activities, legacy ERP data conversion to SAP Ariba and S/4
HANA. - Technologies: SAP Fiori, SAP Ariba Supplier Performance and Quality (SPQ), EDI (850, 855, 940, 943, 944, 945), SAP TM, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).
- Ability to travel up to 5‑10% between RTX sites.

Estimated salary range: $107,500–$204,500 USD.
