• Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Linked In.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on revenue growth, efficiency, and long-term performance.
• Build and manage full-funnel paid strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention) aligned to client goals.
• Conduct keyword research, audience development, creative testing, and budget pacing.
• Continuously analyze performance data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with creative, CRO, email/SMS, and analytics teams to improve conversion and LTV.
• Manage client communication around performance, insights, and next steps with confidence and clarity.
• Develop testing roadmaps for ad creative, landing pages, and messaging.
• Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging paid media trends.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social for ecommerce brands.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, and implementation of pixels.
• Proven track record of driving ROAS, CAC efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and measurement (GA4, pixels, conversion APIs, etc.).
• Comfort in managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience working within an agency environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes.

• Experience with Looker Studio or Funnel.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads.
• Experience planning, launching, or optimizing CTV campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRO, landing page optimization, or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with Email Marketing.
