What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot escalated IT issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud, and security environments
- Support SMB clients as a trusted technical resource
- Handle proactive maintenance, patching, and system optimization
- Collaborate with a strong technical team on support and project work
- Visit 1-2 client sites a week to provide onsite support
- 3–6+ years in an MSP environment
- Strong experience with:
- Windows Server/Desktop
- Windows & MAC OS
- Microsoft 365
- Networking & Firewalls
- Virtualization & Cloud Technologies
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Salary $75,000-$85,000
