- Architect and lead CRM transformation programs for healthcare clients.
- Develop CRM assets, accelerators, and best practices for client engagements.
- Provide strategic guidance on Veeva CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite and senior stakeholders to define CRM roadmaps.
- Drive business development through client engagements and strategic proposals.
- Stay updated on emerging CRM trends, particularly within Veeva ecosystems.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge development within ZS.
- Have a significant direct client interaction, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deeply understand client’s business challenges and provide thought leadership in addressing issues. Work proactively to bring the best of ZS expertise to the client(s).
- Work with onshore and offshore teams to develop price estimates, plan capacity, and coordinate delivery of the end-to-end technology capability.
- Collaborate with other ZS internal expertise teams – Architects, Validation/testing, etc. – to ensure best-in-class technology solutions.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or another computer-related discipline.
- 8+ years of hands-on IT services or consulting industry experience leading medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements.
- Experience with Veeva products including but not limited to Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, Quality, Commercial, Medical, CRM Suite, Medical Suite, and Vault. Minimum 5 years of experience leading large delivery teams.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience in leading and building POV on new technology or problem solving, innovation to build firm intellectual capital.
- Represent ZS at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop internal training and capability-building programs related to CRM transformation.
- Engage in cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation within ZS.
- Cross-functional skills development & custom learning pathways.
