CAI is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Service Desk Analyst in Richmond, Virginia. This full-time remote position involves providing Level 1 technical support and excellent customer service to both English and Spanish speaking users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 6-12 months of experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving skills, and a High School Diploma or GED.
Pay is $18.00 per hour plus language bonus, with additional benefits including medical insurance and 401k access.
