Network is responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining network solutions that support the delivery of IT services worldwide. This includes network equipment and services from various vendors deployed in locations of varying size and complexity.
Responsibilities include:
- Gathering requirements, designing, and deploying network solutions to support business alignment.
- Maintaining existing network environments through proactive monitoring and problem resolution.
- Responding to client requests for problem resolution and processing service requests.
- Applying knowledge of network hardware, operating systems, device configuration, carrier interfaces, and network management/troubleshooting tools.
- Defining solutions that balance network requirements and standards with business needs.
- Investigating and resolving network incidents and recommending enhancements to improve security.
- Participate in and/or lead multiple large, highly visible projects simultaneously with exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical competencies to perform varied tasks and projects.
- Engage vendors, team members, and other technology groups to deliver solutions while meeting milestones.
- Work on projects of varying complexity and scope in a high-volume environment.
- Complete work collaboratively and independently, depending on circumstances.
- Align with internal and external customers to understand and anticipate needs for assessments and enhancements.
- Understand, identify, and document implementation steps for deployment of technologies.
- Identify and resolve technical and other factors that delay project completion.
- Configure, implement, and troubleshoot technologies.
- Resolve complex network issues working across teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with network architecture and engineering, including complex network design and hands‑on implementation of LAN/WAN devices.
- Appropriate industry certifications (CCNA/CCNP, F5 System Engineer, Aruba Wireless, Palo Alto, etc.).
- In‑depth knowledge of Cisco routers/switches, Aruba switches, HP switches, Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba wireless.
- OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
- MPLS knowledge and installation/upturn of MPLS circuits.
- IP address management and DHCP using Infoblox or similar tools.
- Plus:
Infoblox Network Automation (NetMRI), Network Instruments Gigastor, Gigamon Visibility Node, Cisco OTV for data‑center interconnect, Nexus Virtual Device Context, Virtual Port Channel technologies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 8+ years preferred.
- Key networking skills:
Meraki, SD‑WAN, Aruba Central, HPE, MS225 Series, MS250 Series, routing protocols, LAN, WAN.

Pay and BenefitsPay rate: $45.00–$60.00 per hour.

Travel RequirementsApproximately 75% remote work; onsite visits required for non‑remote tasks (e.g., shipping equipment). Travel typically once per month.
