Aboutthe Role
Lead Clara’s mobile products (iOS and Android) through the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to release and iteration. You will define the mobile roadmap, align engineering, design, data, and marketing, and ensure Clara’s mobile experience is a competitive differentiator in the LATAM B2B fintech market. This role demands deep mobile product expertise, hands‑on AI tool usage, and commercial acumen to link mobile outcomes to Clara’s growth.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own and execute the mobile product roadmap (iOS & Android) from concept to post‑launch.
- Define and track mobile‑specific KPIs (DAU/MAU, session depth, push notification engagement, uninstall rates, crash rates, retention, app store ratings).
- Manage the end‑to‑end release cycle, including feature scoping, staged rollouts, force‑upgrade strategy, and API versioning coordination.
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and data teams to translate product strategy into high‑quality mobile experiences.
- Represent the voice of the mobile user by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Champion mobile‑native interaction patterns, avoiding detrimental web‑to‑mobile translations.
- Design mobile experiences optimized for LATAM’s connectivity realities (low‑bandwidth, offline‑first, device fragmentation).
- Partner with marketing on ASO, in‑app messaging, and push notification campaigns.
- Lead sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement with a focus on predictability and scope discipline.
- Systematically use AI tools to accelerate product work, including UX hypothesis validation, user feedback synthesis, and lightweight automations.
- 3‑5 years of product management experience, primarily focused on mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Proven track record of shipping high‑quality mobile products in startup or high‑growth environments, with full ownership of release processes.
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, UX/UI principles, and native vs. cross‑platform tradeoffs.
- Experience with mobile A/B testing frameworks and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) fundamentals.
- UX Prototyping: Utilize AI design tools for rapid UI concept generation and iteration.
- User Research Synthesis: Employ LLMs to process qualitative feedback into actionable insights.
- Technical Participation: Comfortably use AI coding assistants to explore feasibility.
- Workflow Automation: Build lightweight automations to streamline squad operations.
- Analytical Acceleration: Leverage AI to expedite data analysis and pattern identification.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Clear communication of product vision, roadmap, and tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
- Ability to write effective specs, decisions, and updates.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required);
Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Comfort with ambiguity and sound decision‑making with incomplete information.
- Customer‑obsessed, with a focus on user behavior shaping the roadmap.
- Commercially oriented, connecting mobile product decisions to business goals.
- Competitive salary and stock options (ESOP) from day one.
- Multicultural team with daily exposure to Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Annual learning budget and internal development paths.
- High‑ownership environment with rapid learning and growth.
- Smart, ambitious, low‑ego, high‑impact teammates.
- Flexible vacation and hybrid work model focused on results.
- Claridians in a hybrid mode balance office work, customer engagement, and remote work. This approach fosters in‑person collaboration and learning while supporting individual and team flexibility. While most roles don’t have a strict minimum office day requirement, active participation in the office is expected organically, especially during ramp‑up or as needed by leadership.
