Overview
Service Now Developer CMDB, SAM/HAM, SPM
This role will focus on automating business processes, enhancing Service Now capabilities, supporting software releases, and driving platform improvements across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and administering Service Now solutions including CMDB, SAM/HAM, ITSM, ITBM/SPM, Flow Designer, integrations, and enterprise workflow automation. Candidates should possess strong scripting and platform configuration skills with experience in Client Scripts, Business Rules, Data Policies, ACLs, integrations, reporting, and platform upgrades.
Location: 100% Remote Work Local to Austin, Texas Hybrid 3-4 days a week
