Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years overall SAP experience across TM, EWM, and MM/PTP
• 2 full lifecycle implementations each for SAP TM and SAP EWM
• Strong in both ECC and S/4
  
  HANA platforms
• Able to handle escalations and bridge between technical and functional teams
• Comfortable with fast-paced AMS environments and client calls
• Excellent communication, RCA, and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with TM–LBN integration

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAP EWM hands-on or functional integration knowledge
• TM–LBN (Logistics Business Network) experience
• Familiarity with upskilling junior resources
• Broad understanding of supply chain execution workflows

Team Information

• Application Managed Services (AMS) engagement
• Mix of client-facing leadership and offshore coordination
• Involves managing junior consultants and working with ABAP developers

Disqualifiers

• No SAP TM experience
• No ABAP familiarity (unable to debug or translate business specs)
• Poor communication or lack of client-facing confidence
• Inability to self-manage or lead incident resolution calls
