Consultant - Cyberark | Remote

This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S.

The IAM Consultant for the Cyber Ark COE in the IAM Services group will require a strong understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM), privileged access, and Cyber Ark’s suite of products.

• Perform confidently and authoritatively in the role of Cyber Ark Consultant on all Cyber Ark-related technologies from a deployment perspective.
• Act as lead or supporting deployment engineer on Cyber Ark deployment projects.
• Provide Cyber Ark-related troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities.
• Ensure requirements gathered, processes defined, and use cases documented follow out-of-the-box configuration versus customization as much as possible.
• Participate in capacity planning and hardware specification recommendation efforts.
• Participate in all Cyber Ark deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule development, and third-party system integration.
• Participate in and/or lead User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts.
• Design, implement, and educate on Cyber Ark processes and least privilege.
• Provide knowledge transfer and post-production support activities as necessary.
• Provide feedback on internal processes required to help train and mentor other Cyber Ark deployment engineers in the PAM COE.
• Help continue to build and improve the Cyber Ark COE Knowledge Base.
• Perform work successfully with supervisory oversight.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with approximately 2‑5 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 2‑5 years of technical architecture experience preferred.
• Expertise with one or more of our core technologies.
• Thorough understanding of large‑scale environments.
• Knowledge of at least two security concepts and methods such as vulnerability assessments, data classification, privacy assessments, incident response, security policy creation, enterprise security strategies, architecture and governance.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Process‑oriented individual with strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent, detailed writing skills.
• Stay current on all Cyber Ark and PAM market trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Ability to obtain and evolve technical expertise, certifications and industry credentials through formal and informal training and other educational initiatives.
• Experience with system administration, scripting (JavaScript, Python), REST API, LDAP directories, Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Cyber Ark and related technologies.
• Cyber Ark Defender and Cyber Ark Sentry certifications would be positive/preferred; related certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA are preferred.
