ORCID is looking for a fully remote Temporary User Support Specialist. In this role, you will respond to user queries globally via Zendesk. You will ensure support for the community and provide a 'voice of the user' within the organization. Candidates should have helpdesk experience, exceptional communication skills, and be tech-savvy. The role requires availability during European business hours and is fixed-term (up to 18 months), full-time (40 hours/week).
Flexibility in scheduling is offered outside these hours.
