Technical Infrastructure Program Manager
Location:
Remote
Duration: 9 Months
We are seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive complex, large‑scale infrastructure initiatives across data center and colocation environments. This role is ideal for a technically strong program leader who can own execution, influence cross‑functional teams, and partner closely with deployment leadership to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure programs.
This position focuses on orchestrating end‑to‑end deployments, process execution, and technical alignment, rather than hands‑on engineering. The ideal candidate combines deep infrastructure domain knowledge with exceptional program management, communication, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience in technical program management or infrastructure program delivery.
Required:
Networking experience, with a strong understanding of:
Network architectures and infrastructure concepts
Data center and colocation networking environments
Networking dependencies within large‑scale infrastructure deployments
Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional infrastructure programs end to end.
Strong grasp of IT and infrastructure fundamentals, enabling credible engagement with engineering teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive results with minimal oversight.
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
Experience supporting data center or colocation network deployments at scale.
Background working closely with network engineering teams in a program or delivery leadership capacity.
Strong people leadership skills, including mentoring, stakeholder influence, and constructive feedback.
Demonstrated success improving processes, execution models, or operational readiness for infrastructure programs.
Experience in large, complex, global technology environments.
