Overview
The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager for a prominent client. This is a Fully Remote role in the CST Time Zone
.
- Monday-Friday, 37.5 hr/week,
Fully Remote position based in the CST Time Zone - Pay range starts at $70/hr
- 11-Month contract to start,
W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget - Our company offers a benefits package after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance
- Position is primarily responsible for leading enterprise cybersecurity and IT transformation programs end-to-end: scoping, schedule and budget planning/tracking, change control, risk and issue management, and delivering milestones within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams; manage stakeholders and vendors; maintain project documentation and repositories; facilitate governance and steering meetings; provide regular status and executive reporting.
- Identify and drive mitigation for project risks and issues, enforce quality gates and delivery standards, ensure compliance alignment (e.g., NIST/PCI/IAM/Dev Sec Ops practices), and continually seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction and program outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required
- 5+ years’ experience managing large, complex and transformative programs or projects (software delivery, datacenter/cloud migrations, enterprise transformations) is required
- Hands-on leadership of enterprise cybersecurity and compliance programs (aligned to NIST/PCI/IAM/Dev Sec Ops ) with measurable outcomes is required
- Experience leading IT transformation initiatives (ITSM, Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops , ERP/PLM, cloud/datacenter migrations), plus vendor, budget and scope management, is required
- PMP certification is preferred
- Prior professional services or enterprise-client engagement experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and experience working in agile environments with distributed teams is preferred
