We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team in Capital One Shopping. If you have a remarkable ability to use data to tell a story, form a hypothesis and define metrics to identify the success of product initiatives - this is the role for you!

In this role, you will be the architect of our web growth engine, focusing on the intersection of technical SEO, platform scale, and user experience. You will productize organic strategies—leveraging schema, structured data, and web performance—to build a programmatic system that drives compounding growth and delivers high-quality customer experiences at scale.

In Capital One Shopping, we're seeking Product Managers with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Git Hub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you've used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.

• Experience working on or closely with an SEO team to scale product led site growth

• Understanding of technical fundamentals such as SSR, Schema, metadata, and site speed

• Someone comfortable with backend products who is not afraid to challenge the norm and do what is right for the team

• Proficiency in handling large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R

• A product centric mindset to take a product from ideation to production and continually iterate improvements

• Strong familiarity with A/B testing, user research methodologies, and using data to guide product decisions
