About The Job

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Content Management Team.

• Research governmental agency websites vital to our continued growth.
• Read, interpret, and enter appropriate information from government agency bid documents.
• Download documents through our integrated system.
• Process documents through our database management system.
• Support operations by cross‑training on related jobs.

• Excellent communication skills—oral, reading, and writing.
• Fast typing speed (minimum 60 WPM).
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Reliability and trustworthiness.
• Good team spirit.
• High School Diploma or professional education.
• Previous related work experience is an asset.

• Authorized to work in Canada or the United States; we do not sponsor work visas or transfers.

Must be physically located in one of the following Canadian provinces or US states:
Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, , IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MT, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
