We partner with PCPs, Orthopedic specialists, and health plans to deliver high-value, patient-centered MSK care. Our value-based care model includes patient engagement, virtual physical therapy, and care navigation to high-value imaging and specialty partners.
Our Mission & ValuesWe're a high-performing team driven by one mission: to free people to move and thrive. At Right Move, we move fast, collaborate deeply, and deliver with precision. We're a startup with enterprise-grade rigor—where talented operators, engineers and clinicians challenge conventions to improve patient outcomes.

- Act with Agency – Our teams have high trust and high accountability, with the freedom to own and responsibility to deliver.

- Create and manage a suite of dashboards (Sigma or similar) used by internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clinical, product, operations, and leadership teams.
- Develop robust KPI frameworks to track patient outcomes, quality measures (STARS/HEDIS), and operational performance.
- Implement data governance, lineage, and access controls aligned with HIPAA and SOC 2.
- Define data quality standards, monitoring, and validation processes.
- Partner with security and engineering to ensure “privacy and safety by design.”
- Serve as the data thought-partner for both technical and non-technical teams.
- Occasionally join customer conversations (payers, providers) to shape reporting and insight delivery.
- Hire, mentor, and scale a small data team over time (engineering + analytics).
- 7–10 years in data engineering or analytics, with at least 3 years in a healthcare or health-tech context.
- Hands‑on experience with Snowflake (or Redshift/Big Query equivalent) and ETL tools (Fivetran, dbt, custom pipelines).

- Proven ability to design dashboards and reports (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) for diverse audiences.
- Understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, claims, eligibility, encounters).
- Comfortable operating as both builder and strategic advisor — from schema design to executive storytelling.
- Excellent communicator able to translate complex data concepts for clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Exposure to machine‑learning or AI‑driven analytics pipelines.
- Experience in value‑based care, population health, or payer/provider analytics.
- Familiarity with AWS data services (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda).
