Pay Range & BenefitsTarget Pay Range: $‑$ annually. Full Pay Range: $91,000.00‑$ annually. Compensation is determined by relevant skills, experience, and education. Incentive compensation is performance‑based and varies by role.

Candidates must be residents of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If located in Washington state within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, the position requires onsite presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Remote work is available for candidates in approved remote locations or outside the commute distance.
Impact You'll MakeAs a Senior Data Scientist, Marketing Analytics, you will partner with Marketing to translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions that influence decisions, optimize performance, and deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do- Partner with Marketing to define problems: work closely with stakeholders, define success metrics, and translate needs into analytical approaches.
- Design and deliver data‑driven solutions: build statistical and machine learning models, present findings, influence decisions, and secure adoption.
- Lead experimentation and optimization: develop and manage testing frameworks (A/B testing, campaign experimentation) across channels and markets; analyze results and recommend improvements.
- Translate results into business impact: quantify outcomes (campaign lift, engagement, ROI) and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Partner to operationalize solutions: collaborate with Technology and Engineering to transition validated models into production with scalable pipelines.
- Influence through storytelling: present insights to technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field, OR equivalent education and professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of data science or analytics experience focused on business‑facing problem solving.
- Proven experience partnering with business teams, preferably Marketing, to translate needs into analytical solutions.
- Experience building and applying statistical and machine learning models in real‑world business contexts and designing/analyzing experiments (A/B testing, campaign optimization).
- Strong communication skills, ability to present insights and influence decisions across non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a quantitative discipline.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and marketing analytics platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Google Analytics.
- Experience designing systems for large‑scale data processing (Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift, Spark).
