Job Summary:

Stream Companies is a leading full-service, tech-enabled advertising agency specializing in the automotive industry. They are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product to lead product innovation and development, focusing on creating and executing strategies for current and future software products that enhance automotive advertising through technology.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Stream’s suite of technology solutions, including Retail Ready and new product initiatives.

• Drive product innovation that simplifies and automates automotive advertising for OEMs, dealers, and agencies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across engineering, media, analytics, sales, and client services to bring products from concept to launch.

• Identify emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities in the automotive and ad tech ecosystem.

• Create a disciplined product development lifecycle (PDLC) process focused on speed, usability, and market fit.

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO in scaling tech-driven revenue and improving client retention through product adoption.

• Work with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure continuous feedback loops inform iteration and optimization.

• Oversee go-to-market planning for product launches in coordination with marketing, sales, and account teams.

• Define and track KPIs for product adoption, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in martech, SaaS, or automotive tech

• Proven success launching and scaling B2B or B2B2C software products

• Deep understanding of product strategy, agile development, UX, and analytics

• Strong technical fluency; able to collaborate with engineering on architecture and integration

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Passion for solving complex problems with elegant, scalable solutions

Preferred:

• Prior experience in or passion for automotive, media, or advertising technology is a strong plus
