Ignite Now is seeking a Mid-Level Help Desk Technician to provide Tier II Defense Travel System (DTS) customer support for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC). This role focuses on remote service desk operations with limited onsite support, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with travel policies.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in DTS support and a strong understanding of travel regulations. The position requires excellent troubleshooting abilities and the use of knowledge management tools.
