We’re looking for a highly skilled Integrations Specialist to support the growth and efficiency of our operational processes. In this role, you will build and optimize workflows across multiple platforms, automate repetitive tasks, create integrations between systems, and provide structured reporting to support leadership decision‑making. If you enjoy solving complex systems problems, designing efficient processes, and working with modern automation tools, this role is for you.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain workflows in (or equivalent systems such as Click Up).
- Create API integrations and connections between multiple platforms, including Humble Fax, Jotform, Google Workspace, and Selenium‑driven automation scripts.
- Automate repetitive processes to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Support operational initiatives led by leadership, particularly around automation and process improvement.
- Manage the full intake process, including handling incoming faxes, emails, and system entries, ensuring accurate routing, triage, and compliance checks.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting across connected boards, ensuring real‑time visibility into intake, processing times, compliance flags, and escalations.
- Document processes, workflows, and automation logic to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in operational systems and propose scalable solutions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Program Managers, Case Managers, and leadership teams, translating technical solutions into business outcomes.
- Assist in implementing future‑state automation using AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Claude API) once manual workflows are stabilized.
- Deep expertise with or equivalent workflow/task management systems (Click Up, Asana, etc.).
- Experience with system integrations, automation, and API connections.
- Familiarity with Selenium, Humble Fax, Jotform, and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem‑solving and systems‑thinking mindset.
- Comfortable learning new tools and adapting quickly to complex workflows.
- Ability to document processes clearly for cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in building dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and coordinate with non‑technical staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience designing or managing backend workflows for operational processes.
- Familiarity with automation testing and data extraction from PDFs or other structured documents.
- Experience working in startup or remote operations environments.
- Exposure to HIPAA‑compliant processes or healthcare operational workflows.
