Role
Cyber Security Consultant - Freelancing (2PM to 11PM, Remote)
LocationAnywhere in India
Experience5+ years
Responsibilities- Level 2 Support Technicians for Operations
- Project work: DLP, SIEM, SOC, Data classification, NIST CF & SOC 2 compliance, PCI compliance, CRM
- Advanced security events alert handling
- Responding to critical AD audit alerts
- SIEM service issue troubleshooting and resolution
- Forcepoint admin login issue resolution
- Investigate and classify security events/incidents and elevate them as needed
- Supporting in fine-tuning SOC processes, playbooks, and detection rules
- Supporting any critical events or incidents such as system or service down
- IAM/PAM support for staff onboarding
- Mime cast support for mail release and admin tasks
- Patch management
- Vulnerability checks and scans
- Whitelist URLs and grant access on WAF-Cloudflare and Forcepoint
