Overview

Analyst with Epic Cheers CRM to help get the Build going for the team then pass off for them to take over.

• Full build and configuration of Epic Cheers CRM experience.
• Assist in getting the build going for the team and hand over.
• Work on a 3‑4 month contract.
• Implement and manage call center operations and campaign CRM.
• Ensure deployment in the healthcare domain.
• Must be in EST or CST time zones.

• Strong Epic Cheers CRM and Campaign CRM experience.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Call center management experience.
• Implementation and management skills.
• Availability in EST or CST (not MST or PST).

• Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr
