Overview
Position: Engineering Support & Customer Success Analyst
Location: 100% Remote – Mainland-USA based candidates ONLY (working EST)
Length: 3+ months contract to hire
Target Pay Range: $25.00 / Hourly W2 (Benefits eligible after 60 days)
Work Auth: (GC, or US Cit.) - (Must be eligible to work without requiring sponsorship now or in the future)

This is a fast-growing AI-first supply chain risk intelligence company. This position works directly with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Technology, providing technical assistance to data operations, customer support, and working with the developers to assist in resolving data quality issues.
Responsibilities- Promptly complete customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction, ensuring the ticket/request has accurate and complete documentation, including steps taken, customer communication, escalations, etc.
- Resolve data quality issues, scoring discrepancies, and technical bugs leveraging both front and backend tooling.
- Support the Sales and Customer Success teams with various data and reporting needs as they prepare product demos.
- Perform qualitative data analysis on work completed by an offshore service provider.
- Pull custom reports from Auth0 and Snowflake.
- Complete technical requests such as SSO and MFA setup, working closely with the customer.
- Troubleshoot SSO issues and join calls with customers as needed.
- Provide top-tier, premium customer service and collaborate across our Customer Success and Sales teams as well as Product and Technology.
- Education background in Computer Science, or a data-heavy field.
- Experience using SQL, ideally with Snowflake.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Eagerness to learn and problem solve.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and instructions accurately.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
