Role Summary
As aSolution Architectat Platinum Cubed you will play a critical role in driving successful client engagements. As the primary point of contact, you will build strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise in solution, design, and functional consulting will enable you to understand clients' unique business processes, translate requirements into actionable plans, and deliver customized Salesforce solutions.
By leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will guide clients towards optimized work processes and cultivate innovation within their organizations. Your ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and instill trust will be paramount in building lasting partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Task Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business processes, functional requirements, and system specifications.
- Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with clients' needs and industry best practices.
- Conduct workshops and facilitate discussions to elicit client requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Customize Salesforce applications using declarative configuration, workflows, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of custom components and third-party applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during implementation, including user training and change management.
- Continuously explore innovative approaches and emerging technologies to optimize work processes and deliver added value to clients.
- Collaborate with our sales team as an expert when needed.
- Provide guidance towards team members.

Minimal Requirements
- 3 years of Salesforce Consulting experience
- Experience implementing multiple Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Consulting and Project Management experience using both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Salesforce Certifications
: - Associate (If Admin achieved after 2022)
- Administrator
- Business Analyst
- User Experience
- 1 or more
of the following Salesforce
Certifications: - Advanced Administrator
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Pardot Specialist
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Strong Communication skills via; written, verbal and presentation methods
- Currently 5-25% travel required
Preferred Requirements
- 5 years of Salesforce experience
