Overview
Service Now Integration Business Process Consultant – Remote working USA or Canada. Contract (3+ months) ~30 hours per week.
Note:
THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE.
- Engage in workshops to capture business requirements and translate into Service Now solutions.
- Develop dashboards and reports as needed to support business processes.
- Lead and manage user stories, write acceptance criteria, and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration and process improvements.
- Service Now – 5+ years of experience.
- CSA, CAD, and 2 CIS certifications – ESSENTIAL.
- Business Process Consultant (BPC) – ESSENTIAL.
- Integration implementation experience – ESSENTIAL.
- Excellent communication or consultancy skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Rate: $80-90 per hour.
- Location:
Remote (USA or Canada). - Duration: 3+ months, ~30 hours/week.
