We are seeking an experienced Open Stack 17 & 18 Architect to join our client on a fully remote basis. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and optimizing Open Stack-based cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Architect and deploy Open Stack 17 & 18 environments, ensuring best practices in cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement robust cloud solutions for compute, storage, and networking.
- Optimize Open Stack performance, scalability, and security for enterprise-level workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and integration with existing IT ecosystems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Open Stack-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and best practices for Open Stack deployments.
- Work on upgrades, migrations, and optimizations for Open Stack environments.
- Proven experience as an Open Stack Architect or Engineer, with expertise in Open Stack 17 & 18
. - Strong background in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and networking
. - Hands-on experience with Red Hat Open Stack Platform (RHOSP).
- Proficiency in Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Kubernetes
. - Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of Open Stack environments.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Power Shell
. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills.
- Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
- 12-month contract with high potential for extension
