Our client, a B2B consulting agency, is looking for a CRM Consultant to add to their remote team based in the United States. In this role, you will own client relationships, lead discovery calls, translate business needs into CRM solutions, and coordinate Salesforce and Hub Spot projects from planning through adoption. Our client is looking for someone with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Hub Spot Marketing Hub, client-facing CRM consulting, and project planning experience.
To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable leading client calls, asking thoughtful questions to identify new project opportunities, and turning open-ended business needs into clear next steps. - Lead weekly client calls for 6–12 B2B CRM accounts
- Run discovery to uncover client needs and future project work
- Translate business goals into Salesforce and Hub Spot solutions
- Map project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, and internal resources
- Configure users, fields, reports, workflows, and basic automations
- Coordinate builds with internal admins, analysts, and technical resources
- Create process documentation, training guides, and client playbooks
- Lead client training to support CRM adoption and process changes
- Identify CRM gaps, workflow issues, and revenue growth opportunities
- Support billable utilization goals through client retention and project growth
- 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Hub Spot Marketing Hub experience required
- 2+ years of client-facing CRM consulting experience required
- Experience managing 4+ B2B client relationships required
- Experience gathering requirements and mapping project plans and CRM solutions required
