Are you a master of Go High Level  with a passion for streamlining business operations?

We're seeking a dedicated Go High Level  & Business Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize our critical workflows. This role is perfect for someone who excels at leveraging no-code/low-code platforms to drive efficiency and enhance our digital ecosystem.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Set up and tailor Go High Level 's CRM, pipelines, and advanced automation workflows to exact business needs
• Design and build impactful sales funnels, and market communication workflows;
  Connect Go High Level  with essential business tools (like payment processors and schedulers) using built-in integrations and existing API capabilities
• Elevate customer journey across all service categories
• Partner with team to grasp operational needs and translate them into effective, automated solutions
• Continuously analyze, refine, and optimize existing automation systems for peak efficiency and reliability
• Empower teams by providing Go High Level  training and ongoing support, driving tool adoption and understanding
• Ensure accurate and efficient data transfer between Go High Level  and integrated systems, maintaining data integrity
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the user experience for both internal teams and customers through automation
• Liaise with third‑party tool providers to troubleshoot issues or explore new integration possibilities
• Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports within Go High Level  to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate ROI
• Remain current with Go High Level 's latest features and best practices across the broader automation landscape

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in automation and integration, eager to contribute to a fast‑growing company.

• Go High Level  Mastery: 2+ years hands‑on configuring and optimizing Go High Level  for business
• Automation Architect:
  Expert in no-code/low-code funnel building, marketing automation, and CRM via Go High Level
• Process Powerhouse:
  Proven ability to design and implement efficient business automations
• Analytical Ace:
  Sharp skills to optimize workflows and troubleshoot any issue
• Clear Communicator:
  Conveys complex technical info with exceptional clarity
• Global Collaborator:
  Fluent English, ensuring seamless team communication

• Experience in the home services sector or with agency‑style operations
• Experience in importing data into Go High Level , understanding data hygiene best practices, and performing data cleanup to ensure accurate and reliable information within the CRM
• While not coding, understanding how to connect Go High Level  with other platforms using tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or Go High Level 's native integrations; knowing how to map data fields between different systems for seamless information flow
• The ability to logically identify where an automation might be failing or sending incorrect data, and systematically fix it within Go High Level 's workflow builder

• Competitive USD‑Based Compensation: $1,800.00 – $2,000.00 USD per month, paid conveniently in or local currency through Gusto or in dollars via an American bank
