As a Cleared Technical Consultant with Glide Fast Consulting, you will work to develop, design, and own technical solutions on the Service Now platform. You will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using best-practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions for clients, utilizing the Service Now platform.

• Deliver consulting services to install, configure, and integrate Service Now products based on defined requirements
• Develop custom software solutions using scripting and development tools within the Service Now platform
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required by customer contracts and internal processes
• Conduct value-based assessments and workshops to help customers maximize their Service Now investment
• Build and maintain custom configurations including business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, and UI scripts
• Troubleshoot configuration and scripting issues to ensure smooth platform functionality
• Participate in requirements review and validation sessions to ensure technical alignment with business needs
• Attend and contribute to scrum ceremonies
• Deliver work on time and with quality, contributing to positive customer experiences and feedback
• Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies
• Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions
• Demonstrate strong corporate citizenship by completing required administrative tasks such as timesheets, feedback forms, and internal documentation accurately and on time

• 2+ years developing technical solutions and administering Service Now
• 2+ years professional consulting

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• 1 Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications
• Active government Secret clearance

The starting pay range for this role is $ - $. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
