Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Microsoft 365 Engineer will manage and enhance a multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring reliability and security while collaborating with IT Operations to resolve complex issues, all within a remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra , and Teams
- Manage and optimize multi-tenant environments, focusing on identity synchronization and governance
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalated support using Power Shell and Microsoft Graph
- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 at a Global Administrator level
- Hands-on experience with core M365 services such as Exchange and Intune
- Experience managing multiple tenants in a multi-entity environment
