As a Principal Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Veeva Analytic Business Consulting removes the legacy barrier of data preparation by bringing pre-integrated, industry best-in-class data to generate high-impact insights. Our analyses jump start field activation, pinpoint the right patient populations and HCPs, driving higher engagement and improving patient outcomes.

• Project Mastery:
  Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams
• Strategic Growth:
  Lead and own Business Development for Global Analytics, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
• People Leadership:
  Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice
• Thought Leadership:
  Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Global Analytics to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences
• Customer Success:
  Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges

• Experience:
  
  10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
• Track Record:
  Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
• Expertise:
  Deep domain knowledge in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment. Also possess a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape
• Leadership:
  Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Previous analyst-level work and possess a working knowledge of SQL and/or Python to support project teams
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

• Within 5-10 business days, we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not
• The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise. You will have one week to prepare for the case exercise
• Within one week after the case exercise, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward

• Base pay: $120,000 - $250,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
