Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (Zara) to design and deploy scalable AI models and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering teams to integrate advanced LLMs and multimodal systems. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, possess strong experience in Python and AWS, and be proficient in developing APIs using FastAPI.

This position is fully remote with a compensation range of $160K - $300K/year.
