About the Role:

Step into the world of strategic growth as our Growth Product Manager, where you'll orchestrate initiatives that drive revenue expansion. What will I do?

Strategy Partner:
Work closely with the Head of Growth Product through all phases - from research and analysis to deployment and iteration.

Team Orchestrator:
Collaborate with engineering and design teams on sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, resource allocation, and roadmap execution.

Backlog Champion:
Create and maintain a prioritized product development queue.

Trend Hunter:
Conduct research on cutting-edge marketing approaches and competitive landscapes for software development services.

Value Architect:
Determine initiative priorities and business impact potential.

Required skills and qualifications:

Growth Virtuoso: 3-5 years of Growth Product Management experience in tech-focused B2B environments.

Challenge Solver:
Ability to identify and address growth obstacles through data-driven decision-making.

Conversion Master:
Experience designing, optimizing, and scaling websites to boost conversion rates and engagement.

Analytics Ace:
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data interpretation.

Education Expert:
Degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics).

Location Hero:
Based in US, Canada, or LATAM/Western Europe with minimum 2 years studying or working in the US.
