The AI Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions to solve business problems.

Role Requirements:

• Salesforce Experience: Strong familiarity with Salesforce products and platforms is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and propose AI solutions, including Generative AI, that deliver value.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify and manage technical risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure AI solutions meet quality, regulatory, ethical, and security standards, especially regarding data privacy and responsible AI use.
• Communicate AI solutions and benefits to stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycle.
• Evaluate build vs. buy options based on existing technology resources.
• Ensure the AI tech stack is extensible and adaptable to new requirements.
• Establish standards and guidelines for AI solution design and development.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
• Develop methods to measure and report AI performance and reliability.
• Set the strategic direction for AI technology to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
• Participate in training, conferences, and industry seminars to stay updated on AI trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
