Boston, MA or Denver, CO (office‑based) with remote work options. Candidates must work East Coast business hours.

This role is part of the Corporate Business Technology team and focuses on ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of the Oracle EBS Financials Suite. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle EBS Financials and a strong background in related financial modules. Experience with Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.

• Collaborate with database infrastructure and accounting teams to plan, schedule, and apply Oracle patches and upgrades.
• Roadmap Oracle test/development instance cloning to optimize development cycles and production support.
• Develop business processes and workflows, engage in application design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Design, develop, and implement basic to moderately complex IT architecture projects; execute tasks against project schedules and report status to IT management.
• Perform business analysis, process mapping, and develop work products under moderate supervision.
• Gather requirements, perform system design, prototyping, integration testing, and deployment of business systems.
• Assist development team in building, configuring, and testing integrations between Oracle and third‑party/custom solutions.
• Consult with other IT groups, provide business system knowledge and expertise as required; provide user and application support for escalated IT issues.
• Support subject matter experts in design, testing, and training of business processes.
• Review test cases and results with business and technical teams.
• Serve as liaison with the Oracle maintenance support team.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent directly related experience.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

• Highly preferred experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Finance Modules:
  Projects, Costing, Billing, Payables, Receivables, OTL.
• Experience coordinating Oracle patch integration.
• Experience working in an AEC firm.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws related to Finance policies and processes, including GAAP.
• Experience using Oracle reporting tools such as APEX, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, or other data analytics tools.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise information system implementation and integrations, particularly Oracle Project modules.
• Proven business analysis knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge and experience in process mapping and workflow.
• Solid knowledge of project management and business analysis best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Visio.
• Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Strong analytical and listening skills.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas in business terms.

Maximum: $117,915.
