Position: Quality/Test Engineer

Location:

Mossville, Illinois
Duration: 12 Months of contract with possible extension

Position's Contributions to Work Group:
Focus on product quality and customer service across construction equipment electronics, software, and systems.

Our Product Support team members are crucial to our customer's success. They help our customers get the most out of their equipment by focusing on the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, providing unique support that requires deep understanding of the technology in question as well as user experience. These employees drive impact by collaborating with customers on the worksite, creating solutions at facilities, and working with dealers on capabilities to guarantee superior customer service experience.

They offer field technical support and fleet management to maximize machine performance, equip dealers with essential tools like parts and service information for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, and deliver round-the-clock technical support.

Typical task breakdown:

• Typical Day 8am-4:30pm with ability to flex;
  In office unless case by case exception to work from home for compelling reason.
• Daily communication with dealers around product inquiries and quality concerns
• Weekly review of quality data and trends

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 5-7 years
• Degree requirement:
  Engineering degree preferred but technician background also acceptable. Master's Degree is acceptable
