Global Sales & Customer Success
- Go-to-Market Sales Execution Programs
The GTM Sales Execution Programs team is responsible for coordinating efforts and initiatives to grow our software business, and provide feedback and develop programs to accelerate sales execution across our sales organization, our partner ecosystem and our digital marketplaces. We help all of our routes to market engage more effectively with customers to grow our business. Our interns in this group are key members of our team and drive strategic initiatives.
You'll be applying your education to real world problems, and at the same time get real, hands-on experience with cutting edge AI tools and implementing use cases into live scenarios.
Our team contributes to Siemens' Global Sales & Customer Success organization and we often develop and apply cutting-edge tools - including AI and digital media - to support global go-to-market strategies. Interns on our team are not just observers - they are core contributors. We've proudly built a reputation for our interns, known as "The Bearcats", who consistently deliver high-value work that impacts our business.
In this role you will become part of a core team that is responsible for supporting the sales function, create tools to help them be more effective with customers, accelerate our revenue growth, and expand our contribution to the company. You will have the opportunity to work with many other teams around the globe and in a number of different functions, helping integrate our initiatives into their sales execution activity.
Core Responsibilities:
* Develop and apply AI tools, Ai drive workflow automation into the sales and marketing functions
* Conduct market research, support global business development initiatives
* Create and manage digital and social media content (digital sales assets, campaigns, analytics)
* Collaborate with a global audience of colleagues, stakeholders, and partners
* Work with technologies such as:
* Generative AI LLMs
* AI driven avatars
* AI voice agents
* AI workflow automation
* Data analytics
* GTM strategy development
* Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Copilot, PowerBI
* (Proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notebook
LM, N8N helpful)
What we are looking for:
* Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a university program (Business, Marketing, Information Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science preferred)
* Strong analytical skills
* Sharp and tenacious trouble shooting skills
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, investigative, and communication skills
* Demonstrated interest or experience in:
* AI platforms (e.g., building bots, GPTs)
* Digital media and content creation
* Social media marketing and SEO
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
