This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships. The role involves identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships to drive business growth and strengthen the company’s market position. The Senior Manager will oversee partner relations, coordinate contract negotiations, develop strategic plans to align with business goals, and foster collaborative opportunities with partners. Additional responsibilities include analyzing industry trends and business data to propose growth strategies.
Qualifications- Strong Strategic Partnerships and Account Management skills to build and maintain impactful relationships with partners
- Expertise in building and selling through technology and channel partners
- Ability to develop and execute high-level Strategic Planning to achieve organizational goals
- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, performance data, and partnership opportunities within security industry
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
- Prior experience in developing partnerships with leading IAM solutions (Sailpoint, Savyint, Okta, Microsoft) and Implementation Partners like Accenture, PWC, Deloitte, PKMG, EY etc
- Proficiency in Identity & Access Management, Security Convergence or Cyber-Physical Security is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
- Experience working in a remote environment or with distributed teams is an advantage
