Our client is looking for an Automations Implementation Assistant to support the development and management of automated sales and revenue operations systems for their clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with automation tools, building efficient workflows, and solving technical challenges in a fast-moving environment.
The company operates in the sales automation and revenue operations technology space, helping businesses streamline their sales processes and scale outreach through modern automation tools and systems. In recent years, they have focused on building advanced automation infrastructures that allow their clients to operate more efficiently and improve their go-to-market performance.
This position will play an important role in building, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows for client accounts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with automation platforms, and capable of both following structured processes and thinking independently when solving problems.
Responsibilities- Build and implement sales automation workflows using platforms such as N8N, Clay, Instantly, and Go High Level
- Develop and maintain automated sales and Rev Ops processes for client campaigns
- Assist with onboarding new client accounts and preparing their automation infrastructure
- Manage and monitor client automation systems to ensure workflows are functioning correctly
- Maintain and update existing workflows, automations, and integrations when needed
- Collaborate internally through communication tools to coordinate updates and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot automation or workflow issues and propose improvements
- Organize and document automation processes to maintain clarity across projects
- Experience implementing or managing automation systems
- Familiarity with tools such as N8N, , and Go High Level
- Ability to follow technical instructions while also identifying opportunities to improve workflows
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple automation projects simultaneously
- Clear written communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Previous experience working with sales automation or Rev Ops tools
- Experience building automated workflows or integrations across platforms
- Strong attention to detail when configuring systems and managing client accounts
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Analytical thinking and curiosity when solving technical challenges
