As they scale, they’re looking to bring on a talented Epicor Business Analyst with strong expertise in Epicor Kinetic to join their team. This is a 100% remote opportunity to be part of a dynamic, innovative environment that values technology, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As an Epicor Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of Epicor Kinetic implementations and enhancements across the business. Key duties include:
- Leading requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Assisting with full-cycle Epicor Kinetic implementations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Defining and documenting business processes, user stories, and workflows
- Supporting and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Translating business needs into Epicor functional specifications
- Participating in post-go-live support, process improvements, and system optimization
- Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) on Epicor Kinetic best practices
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working specifically with Epicor ERP, with strong focus on Epicor Kinetic
- Proven track record in Epicor implementation and post-implementation support
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems
- Experience with UAT, process mapping, documentation, and requirements gathering
- Comfortable working with distributed teams in a 100% remote environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience working in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with Epicor modules such as Supply Chain, Production, or Financials
- Epicor certifications or formal training in Kinetic
- Background in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments
