As our Hub Spot Onboarding & Training Specialist, you'll be the guide who transforms technical implementations into confident, capable Hub Spot users. You'll lead client onboarding experiences, create compelling training materials, and ensure our financial services clients feel empowered to leverage Hub Spot's platform to grow their organizations. This role is perfect for someone who geeks out over creating the perfect training session and thrives on those "aha!"
moments when clients truly grasp a new concept.
This is a fully remote, mid-level position reporting to our Director of Strategy & Operations. You'll serve as the primary training contact for 5-15 simultaneous client engagements, working closely with our implementation team to translate technical setups into engaging, accessible training experiences tailored to credit unions and banks.
Your days will include leading virtual training sessions, creating custom training materials, participating in discovery calls, and assisting with building Hub Spot assets when needed. You'll become intimately familiar with how financial services organizations use Hub Spot for member acquisition, engagement, and retention – and you'll help their teams become confident power users.
Key Responsibilities- Lead engaging virtual onboarding and ongoing training sessions covering Marketing Hub, Content Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub functionality
- Create and maintain training materials including video tutorials, guides, and best practice documentation specific to financial services use cases
- Assess client skill levels and customize training approaches for maximum retention and confidence
- Participate in discovery calls and collaborate with implementation team to understand client goals and technical requirements
- Assist with building Hub Spot assets including email templates, workflows, landing pages, and reports
- Manage training completion against Statement of Work deliverables and project hours
- Serve as primary training contact throughout client engagements, coordinating with project managers and account managers
- Stay current on Hub Spot platform updates and continuously improve training effectiveness
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working in Hub Spot, including deep familiarity with Marketing Hub, Content Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Experience in the financial services industry (credit unions, banks, insurance, Fin Tech, capital/investment firms)
- Proven training or teaching experience with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing 5-15 concurrent client engagements with varying timelines
- Comfortable working fully remote with reliable internet and professional home office setup
Preferred:
- Hub Spot Trainer Certification or advanced Hub Spot certifications
- Experience at a Hub Spot Solutions Partner agency or in client-facing consulting
- Familiarity with core banking systems and marketing platform integrations
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles
- Experience creating video training content or e-learning modules
- Experience with Click Up and Google Workspace
- Clients consistently report feeling confident using Hub Spot after onboarding
- Training deliverables completed on time and within project budgets
- Training materials receive positive feedback for clarity and usefulness
- Proactive identification of additional training opportunities that deepen client engagement
- Development of scalable training processes that maintain quality as Green House grows
