We are seeking a customer‑driven IT Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance the design and integrity of client software systems and infrastructure. This role involves coordinating complex projects, implementing software and hardware solutions, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Beyond technical expertise, this position requires a proactive and client‑centric approach—understanding business needs, ensuring clear communication, and providing an outstanding customer experience. The engineer will support escalations, mentor help desk engineers, and take full ownership of unique or complex incidents, always striving for efficient and customer‑friendly solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver exceptional IT support for Microsoft core business applications, operating systems, and virtual environments (Hyper‑V, Azure, VMware), ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Engineer and implement tailored system solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Provide proactive network‑level support, including WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security, ensuring clients’ infrastructure remains secure and efficient.
- Support and administer cloud solutions such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and SaaS applications, always focusing on usability and client satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth remote access experiences by managing VPN, RDP, and Windows 365 solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, translating complex technical issues into clear, customer‑friendly explanations.
- Document internal processes and procedures in a way that improves efficiency and enhances service quality.
- Fluent English (bilingual) – Clear communication is essential for top‑tier customer service.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator, IT Systems Engineer, or IT Field Engineer.
- Strong technical foundation in networking (TCP/IP, OSI model), storage, virtualization, databases, and email systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills – Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and customer‑care mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while maintaining a service‑first approach.
- Technical awareness – Quickly assess and assign resources to IT issues while keeping client impact in mind.
- Deep understanding of IT services and support tools to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
- Professional IT Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) to strengthen technical expertise.
Monday‑Friday 8 am - 5 pm Central Time.
