Fin Mkt, Inc. seeks a Product Manager in New York, NY to organize technical, product and marketing initiatives supporting client and product enhancements/implementations. Requires a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field, or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience developing and enhancing point-of-sale lending technology for the financial services industry, including designing and implementing real-time system updates to support fraud detection, KYC, Customer Identification Program (CIP), and stipulations ensuring compliance and risk mitigation;

managing and delivering projects in the point-of-sale lending space during product development; performing analysis to identify market opportunities and product positioning; using Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, documentation, project tracking, sprint planning, and backlog grooming within Agile frameworks including Kanban and Scrum; defining and managing product roadmaps for point-of-sale lending platforms and cross-functional alignment; ensuring roadmap initiatives are aligned with compliance requirements, customer experience goals, and revenue targets;

performing lender API integrations, including tracking and testing via Postman, fraud and KYC rule implementation, credit decisioning workflows, underwriting criteria configuration, and distribution channel enablement across merchant and partner ecosystems.
