How you’ll spend your time here- Build and manage account and partner plans and tasks within the Channel Management System (CMS), growing pipeline strategically.
- Create awareness, demand and preference for company products and services.
- Collaborate with partners to drive bookings.
- Identify, recruit, and develop new partners to sell and provide services.
- Forecast partner pipeline conversion with sales teams.
- Lead sales strategy and develop business plans for assigned partner or distribution accounts, using plans as a roadmap for partner growth and contribution to company objectives.
- Enable partner sales and technical teams in line with GTM plan and program requirements, delivering clear outcomes and metrics.
- Track partner performance-to-plan, deliver company strategy and vision, and identify actions to address gaps in enablement, engagement, pipeline and bookings.
- Develop selling and services opportunities within partner organizations, penetrating new divisions and organizations.
- Coordinate marketing activities and leverage marketing resources to achieve ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience with 8+ years of demonstrable channel management experience.
- Strong achievement against quota and extensive knowledge in sophisticated business situations.
- Extensive experience growing top distribution‑managed partners through distributors.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams to coordinate marketing activities, prioritizing and implementing and measuring returns.
- A drive to design effective partner engagement strategies.
- Experience working with customers and technology partners.
- Comfortable presenting technical and business material to small and large groups.
- Self‑contained, remote‑capable with strong work ethic and eager to take responsibility.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
