• Plan and execute the migration of databases from Exadata X9 to X11 environments
• Design and implement database architecture for high availability and disaster recovery
• Perform database tuning and optimization to improve system performance
• Troubleshoot complex database issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Develop automation scripts to streamline database processes
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain documentation and provide technical reports on system performance

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Oracle database performance tuning
• Experience migrating databases on Exadata platforms
• Strong knowledge of RMAN, Data Guard, and backup recovery processes
• Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex database issues
• Experience in scripting for automation within Oracle environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical discussions
• Willingness to relocate to Wisconsin or work remotely within the state
