• Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput backend services using .NET
• Build secure, cloud-native systems on Azure or AWS with strong observability

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for application development projects

• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management or program delivery
• Prior hands-on software development or engineering leadership experience
• Solid understanding of application architecture and cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven track record of working across cross-functional tech teams—Dev, QA, Dev Ops
• Expertise in managing sprints, epics, dependencies, and release planning
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and escalation management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in regulated domains like healthcare or life sciences (HIPAA/FDA)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support workflows
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Git, cloud dashboards, reporting tools
• Certification in Agile, PMP, or cloud platforms
