• Design and deliver SharePoint solutions that meet client requirements and timelines.
• Serve as the technical authority on SharePoint projects, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues, external customers, and vendor representatives on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SharePoint, in accordance with contract SLAs.
• Mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers and Technicians, providing guidance on technical and soft skills.
• Function as a technical expert, advising and managing complex solution and service deployments for clients.
• Maintain a hunger for learning and pursue relevant SharePoint training.
• Represent Softchoice as a subject matter expert at trade shows, events, and speaking engagements.
• Model our values of personal growth, customer passion, and ownership of results.
• Work in a highly visible customer-facing role and support the development of detailed, actionable Statements of Work with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Stay current on new trends and technological updates, continually refining delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills.

• Computer Science / Information Technology degree, diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• 10+ years’ work experience in a client-facing professional services role, with at least 3 years in an Architect position.
• Proven consulting experience in a similar role.
• Updated certifications and training, including:
  • Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700)
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102)
  • Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100)
  • Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
  • Information Security Administrator (SC-401)
  • Sharegate, Quest ODM, SPMT

The actual salary will be based on location, experience, skill set, education, and certifications. The range may differ by geographic location.
