** In short, as the Director, Loss Mitigation Strategy & Analytics, you will play a critical role at Bridgecrest by identifying, quantifying, and validating operating and strategic initiatives that drive profitability and performance. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations, using data-driven insights to influence decision-making, improve customer outcomes, and optimize asset recovery while leading and developing a high-impact analytics  long, as the Director, Servicing and Strategy Analytics, you will be responsible for:
* Formulating, developing, and instituting business strategies that drive company profit and long-term value
* Partnering closely with operations to shape strategy, run pilots, and clearly communicate results and insights
* Identifying, tracking, and forecasting the key drivers and transactions that impact organizational performance
* Collaborating with operational leaders, business intelligence teams, and senior management to execute strategic initiatives
* Leveraging data to communicate research findings and recommend actionable next steps for strategic and operational improvement
* Developing loss mitigation strategies that improve customer performance on vehicles or optimize speed to asset recovery and maximize wholesale market value
* Leading, mentoring, and developing an analytics team to deliver high-quality insights at scale

* Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and economic or financial analysis
* Strong SQL, Snowflake, or related programming skills and advanced Excel skills
** Nice to Have.
*** Prior experience in customer behavior analytics
* Python, DBT, Sigma
* Prior auto finance experience
